We design the architecture, migrate workloads onto AWS, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Azure or DigitalOcean, and operate the platform afterwards. Delivery is in English, remote-first from Kuala Lumpur, with onsite time in Bangkok when a phase calls for it.

Regional rollouts usually end up with two vendors, two architectures and two ways of handling an incident. Aqvantiq covers both markets with the same group of engineers, one Terraform codebase and one set of runbooks. Our founder splits his time between Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, so onsite work in either city is routine.
The same module structure, naming, tagging and pipeline conventions in both countries — no translation layer between the two environments.
AWS runs regions in both markets — ap-southeast-7 in Thailand, ap-southeast-5 in Malaysia — so two-country disaster recovery can be designed within one provider.
You raise an issue once. No handoff between a Malaysian office and a Thai office, because there is no second office.
All of the major ones, and increasingly in-country. AWS, Google Cloud and Huawei Cloud each operate infrastructure inside Thailand, so keeping production data in the country no longer forces an architecture compromise. We hold no resale quota, so the platform recommendation follows the workload.

More than in most markets. Thailand's Government Data Center and Cloud service (GDCC) runs on Huawei Cloud Stack, and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society has driven a Cloud-First direction for public-sector IT. If your customers, regulators or prime contractors sit near that ecosystem, Huawei Cloud fluency stops being optional.
Huawei's own published account puts GDCC at 219 government departments and 3,065 systems on Huawei Cloud Stack (Huawei Cloud, 2024) — the vendor's figures, not ours. We work directly with end customers, and under a Thai prime contractor where procurement demands a local supplier.

If your procurement process requires a locally incorporated supplier, we work as a specialist subcontractor under your Thai prime contractor or system integrator.
English. Design documents, Terraform code, pipelines, runbooks and status reports are all produced in English, which is also how Thai enterprise IT teams already document infrastructure. Day-to-day coordination usually runs through a bilingual lead on your side. Thai-language material on this site is planned, not published — we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

We hold no resale quota on any platform, so the recommendation is an engineering decision rather than a sales one.
Mostly as origins rather than destinations. Both are supported, but in practice they turn up as estates we migrate from, as data sources, or as environments left where they are because moving them would not pay for itself. AWS, Google Cloud and Huawei Cloud are the three with infrastructure inside Thailand, so residency work lands there.
Bangkok (ICT, UTC+7) is one hour behind Kuala Lumpur (MYT, UTC+8). Our standard hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MYT are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in Bangkok, so there is no offshore lag to manage. Extended cover for planned change windows and severity-1 events is agreed per engagement, in writing, before work starts.
Yes. Cloud, DevOps and migration scopes are frequently delivered under a Thai prime contractor who owns the customer relationship. We are comfortable in that shape: we take the technical scope, work to the prime contractor’s reporting cadence, and keep the deliverables in the customer’s repositories.

Engagements are delivered by the same group of engineers that serves Malaysia, working across Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, and the engineer who scopes the work stays accountable for delivering it.
