Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Aqvantiq PLT 202504001501 (LLP0043002-LGN) ("Aqvantiq", "we") collects through this website, why, where it is processed, and how to exercise your rights.

Effective date:

Who we are

Aqvantiq is a multi-cloud AI system integrator registered in Malaysia as Aqvantiq PLT 202504001501 (LLP0043002-LGN), with its office at ASBX Room, Level 7, Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Jalan Teknologi 5, Taman Teknologi Malaysia, 57000 W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For anything in this policy, contact info@aqvantiq.com or +60 16-228-4518.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. This is the only place the site asks you for personal data, and it is sent to our systems solely so we can respond.
  • Technical logs. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp — used for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, referral source, approximate location, device type). GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers. We use this data in aggregate only and do not use it to identify individuals.
  • Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which collects device and interaction data to distinguish people from bots. It loads only when you start filling in the form — not on ordinary browsing. Its use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The site has no user accounts, processes no payments, and does not intentionally request sensitive personal data. The phone number on this site links to WhatsApp; if you contact us there, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries you send us, to follow up on a potential engagement where you have asked us to, to keep the website secure and working, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data is processed

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with its origin infrastructure in the AWS Asia Pacific (Singapore) region and content delivered through AWS CloudFront's global network. Contact-form submissions are processed on our AWS infrastructure. Analytics and spam-protection data are processed by Google under their own policies. This means some personal data is transferred outside Malaysia; where that happens, we limit it to the providers named in this policy, acting as processors for the purposes described here.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site — Amazon Web Services (hosting and delivery) and Google (analytics and reCAPTCHA) — and only to the extent needed to provide those functions. We disclose personal data beyond that only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our email and kept for up to five years after the last engagement they relate to ends — or for as long as you remain a client — after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do. Technical logs and analytics data are retained on the default rolling retention periods of the platforms above and then expire automatically.

Your rights

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended), you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent to further processing. If you are in Thailand, the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) gives you closely equivalent rights. To exercise any of them, email info@aqvantiq.com — we respond to every request and do not charge for reasonable ones.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for its own features. Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA set cookies or use similar identifiers as described above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.

If something goes wrong

If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and affected individuals as required by the PDPA's breach notification provisions, and tell you plainly what happened and what we are doing about it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
